About One Bridge Tec

Built for the work. Not for the category.

One Bridge Tec is a public safety technology company. We build the hiring, staffing, and community software police services run on, and the on-site AI that helps them use it, and we hold ourselves to a standard the old category never did: simple to use, honest about what exists, and built so the agency keeps control of its own data.

In a small meeting room at a police headquarters, a software founder sketches on paper while a product lead follows on a laptop, and a uniformed staff sergeant and a civilian paid-duty coordinator lean in to review the idea.

Mission, vision, promise

Why the company exists

Mission

Bring people, information, and operations together

Build simple, connected technology that puts the right people in the right place, with confidence at every step, for the services that keep communities safe.

Vision

Ready. Connected. Confident.

A future where public safety is ready and connected: members empowered by better information, coordinators freed for judgment, and leaders seeing the full picture as it happens.

Promise

Right people. Right work. Complete confidence.

The phrase every product decision is held against. The qualified, eligible person; the request captured once and billed from the record; a log that settles the argument.

How we work

Four things that are true about One Bridge Tec

How we build, what we build, how we describe it, and what we believe about the data. These are the commitments an agency can hold us to.

How we build

Designed in the building, with the people who do the work

Every workflow in a One Bridge Tec product started as a walk-through with a coordinator, a sergeant, an HR administrator, a member, or a client, on their side of the desk. We watch how the work actually happens, including the workarounds, before we design the screen that replaces them. Then we put it in front of the same people and change it until they stop reaching for the old spreadsheet.

  • Discovery with the people who run the work, not only the people who buy the software
  • Member and client experiences tested on real phones, in real stations
  • Feedback from live agencies shapes the roadmap, module by module

What we build

Three solutions on one foundation, for one kind of customer

We do not sell to hospitals, universities, or retailers and then adapt for police. 1 Bridge Tec HRIS, One Bridge 10-8, and the Anonymous Community Platform are built for police services and public safety organizations, on one shared foundation of identity, permissions, audit, and the employee record. That focus is why seniority offers, paid-duty billing, recertification, and association agreements are the product, not a configuration project.

  • Hiring and the employee record, staffing and billing, community support and reporting
  • One login, one set of roles, one audit trail across all of it
  • Private AI as an option on top, running inside the agency

How we speak

Plain language, honest labels, and no invented proof

Government software has a habit of describing what it wishes it did. We label every capability Available, In development, or Planned, we write our security page as a list of controls rather than slogans, and you will not find made-up logos, testimonials, or savings percentages anywhere on this site. When we have a number from your service, it will be your number.

  • Status labels on every module and capability
  • Security and AI described as what runs, where, and who can see it
  • Impact measured against a baseline we help you set in discovery

What we believe

Agency data belongs to the agency, including what the AI sees

Personnel files, staffing decisions, client billing, and the public's anonymous reports are some of the most sensitive records a community holds. We built role-based access and audit into the foundation, we let the agency choose where its data lives, and we designed Private AI to run on hardware inside the building so no protected data is ever sent to a third-party AI service. That is not a feature. It is the reason the product exists in its current form.

  • Role-based access configured by the agency, logged when it changes
  • Data residency and retention in the jurisdiction the agency chooses
  • AI grounded in agency-approved sources, on agency-controlled hardware

Brand architecture

The company is One Bridge Tec. The products carry the name.

One Bridge 10-8, our paid duty, callback, and overtime staffing solution, is the flagship product. It is one product, not the whole company. The others sit beside it on the same foundation.

How we behave

What it is like to work with us

Plain language

We say what runs, where, and who can see it

No slogans in place of controls. If you ask where a record lives or who can read it, you get a specific answer, in writing.

Exceptions, not busywork

We automate the routine and keep people on the judgment calls

Offers go out by rule. Invoices draw from the record. A person decides the hard cases and can see why the system did what it did.

Fairness you can audit

We write logs for the grievance hearing, not just for IT

Who was offered what, when, in what order, and how they responded, readable by the coordinator and the association alike.

Your data, your rules

We build so the agency stays in control

Roles configured by you, residency chosen by you, AI that runs in your building, and clean exports if you ever leave.

Meet the people behind it

The best way to understand us is to watch us work through your workflow.

Bring a coordinator, an HR lead, and someone from your association to a session. We will trace one of your real requests through the product, tell you plainly what is Available today and what is not, and leave you with a written summary rather than a slide deck.

Common questions

Questions about the company

Is One Bridge Tec a new company?
One Bridge Tec is a focused public safety company. The Available HRIS modules are built on a mature HR platform we have adapted for police services, and One Bridge 10-8 is our flagship staffing product. Every capability on this site is labelled Available, In development, or Planned, so you can plan around what exists today.
Do you only work with police services?
Police services are the centre of what we build, and the products are designed around their rules: sworn and civilian pipelines, paid duty, seniority and rotation, recertification, association agreements. Other public safety organizations with similar staffing and hiring patterns are a natural fit, and we will tell you honestly in discovery if yours is not.
Why should we trust a company without a wall of customer logos?
Because we would rather earn trust with the workflow than with a logo strip. We will walk your team through your own request end to end, put you in touch with the people who build the product, and put what is Available and what is Planned in writing. Ask us directly about reference conversations.
Who will we actually work with?
A small implementation team that includes the people who design and build the product. The consultant who runs your discovery and configuration is the same person who trains your coordinators and answers your questions in the first months of operation.
How do we get in touch?
Book a demo from any page, or write to [email protected]. A person reads it and answers.
