One Bridge Tec solutions
One public safety company

Hire. Staff. Connect.

One Bridge Tec builds the software a police service runs on: 1 Bridge Tec HRIS to hire and keep people, One Bridge 10-8 to staff paid duty, callbacks, and overtime, and an Anonymous Community Platform that lets the public reach help without becoming a record. Every solution shares one foundation and can run its AI inside your building.

The product family

Three problems every service has. Three solutions from one company.

Each solution is built around a distinct public safety problem and the people responsible for solving it. Start with the one that hurts most.

Hiring and workforce · 1 Bridge Tec HRIS

Hire faster and keep one employee record from applicant to active member

Applicant tracking, onboarding, and Core HR built around sworn and civilian hiring — background stages, expiring credentials, rank and seniority — with a careers site, documents, payroll, and benefits following on a clear roadmap.

  • Three modules available today, four more on a clear roadmap
  • Résumé scoring and posting drafts on private, on-site AI
  • The same record One Bridge 10-8 reads to staff work

Workforce operations · One Bridge 10-8

Fill every paid duty, callback, and overtime shift by the rules — and prove it

The evolution of PatrolCall. Clients request, members choose, supervisors deploy, and finance bills from one record, with seniority, rotation, readiness, and the collective agreement enforced in the workflow.

  • Paid duty from client request to invoice on one thread
  • Callbacks and planned overtime offered in policy order
  • Every offer, decline, and assignment in one audit trail

Community safety · Anonymous Community Platform

Give the public a private way to ask for help or report what they know

A privacy-first digital experience for anonymous youth support lines and anonymous crime-reporting programs. Anonymity is protected at the foundation, so a young person or a witness can reach the service without becoming a record.

  • Anonymous by design, not by policy
  • One platform for support and reporting programs
  • Built on the same security and audit foundation

Why one company

Most vendors sell a police service three products from three companies. We build all three.

A suite bolted together from acquisitions still makes you re-key data, manage three logins, and reconcile three audit logs. When one company builds hiring, staffing, and community services on one foundation, those seams disappear.

One record

Hired in HRIS, eligible in 10-8, the same day

Position, rank, credentials, and work rules are entered once. 10-8 reads them to decide who is offered work. No export, no second spreadsheet.

One identity

One login, one set of permissions

A member, an administrator, or a client signs in once. Roles are scoped by product but managed in one place, and revoked in one place when someone leaves.

One audit trail

One place to look when a question comes

Hiring, onboarding, staffing, and billing actions sit in the same log with who did it and when — the record a grievance, a disclosure request, or an auditor asks for.

One partner

Security, implementation, and support, once

One security review, one implementation team, one support relationship across every solution you adopt, now or later.

Underneath every solution

AI assistance that never leaves the building

Résumé scoring in HRIS, coverage questions in 10-8, policy answers with the source attached — all of it can run on open-weight models installed on hardware inside the agency, from a single Mac Studio for a smaller service to NVIDIA Blackwell systems for a regional one.

01

Nothing sent out

No candidate, member, or caller data goes to a third-party AI service.

02

Grounded and cited

Answers come with the source passage, so a person can check them.

03

Sized to the agency

Four tiers from a 250-officer service to a regional data hall the agency owns.

04

Human in the loop

AI drafts and ranks. People decide, and the decision is logged.

See it working

Bring the problem. We will show the solution.

Tell us whether hiring, staffing, or community services hurts most, and we will walk that workflow end to end with your own example — a posting, a paid-duty request, or a program you run — and show where the other solutions connect.

Common questions

Questions agencies ask about the solutions

Do we have to buy all three?
No. Most services start with the problem that hurts most — usually 10-8 for paid duty and overtime, or HRIS for a hiring backlog — and add the others when they are ready. Because the foundation is shared, adding a second solution is a configuration step, not a new implementation.
Are these one product or three?
Three products with distinct experiences for distinct users, built by one company on one foundation. They share identity, permissions, audit, and the employee record, so they behave like one system where it matters and stay out of each other's way where it does not.
Is One Bridge 10-8 the same as PatrolCall?
10-8 is the evolution of PatrolCall, rebuilt on the One Bridge Tec platform with callbacks, planned overtime, readiness checks, billing context, and the shared record with HRIS.
Where does Private AI fit?
Underneath. Private AI is infrastructure installed at the agency that any solution can use — résumé scoring, posting drafts, coverage questions, policy answers — without sending data to a third-party AI service. It is described on the platform pages and scoped with each agency.
Is the Anonymous Community Platform available?
It is offered to services that run anonymous support or crime-reporting programs and want them on one privacy-first platform. Talk to us about the programs you run and we will walk through how anonymity is protected and what a deployment looks like.
