This process covers personal information submitted directly to One Bridge Tec through this marketing website, such as a demo request or general inquiry.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include your name, the email address used for the submission, and a short description of the interaction you want us to locate. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Verification and processing
We may verify that the request comes from you or an authorized representative. After verification, we will search the website inquiry systems we control, delete eligible information, and confirm completion or explain any information we must retain.
When deletion may be limited
Deletion is not always absolute. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contractual records, or to document and honour the deletion request. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until they are overwritten under normal retention schedules.
Customer and agency records
One Bridge Tec may process some records on behalf of customer organizations. Requests concerning those records must be directed to the relevant organization, which controls the information and decides how the request is handled.
Timing and cost
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not charge for ordinary good-faith requests, although the law may permit a reasonable fee or refusal for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
