A walkthrough of your workflow

Bring a real request. Watch it travel.

Twenty minutes, your workflow, the people who build the product. We follow one of your actual requests from a client's form to a member's phone to the invoice, show how the same record hired that member, and tell you plainly what is Available today and what is not. No slide deck, and a written summary afterwards.

In a police headquarters briefing room, a presenter with a laptop gestures at a wall display while a deputy chief, a civilian staffing coordinator holding up her phone, and a sergeant with a coffee follow along.

What happens next

Three steps from this form to a session

  1. We reply within one business dayA person reads your request and answers from [email protected] with two or three times that work for your team.
  2. You send us one real requestA paid-duty booking, a callback, a posting, whatever you spend the most time on. We prepare the walkthrough around it, with your rules.
  3. We walk it through, then write it upTwenty minutes on the workflow, as long as you like on questions, and a written summary of what fits, what does not, and what it would take.

Who to bring

Whoever will live in it. A coordinator or HR lead who runs the work today, a sergeant or inspector who signs off on it, someone from your association if fairness is a question, and finance if paid duty is billed to clients. Members and clients are welcome; their screens are the ones that decide adoption.

What we can walk through

Pick the workflow that costs you the most time

Tell us in the form which of these matters, and we will build the session around it. Most services start with one and ask to see the others once they notice it is all one record.

One Bridge 10-8

A paid-duty request, from client form to invoice

A client submits, the coordinator confirms, offers go out in agreement order, the member accepts and gets the briefing, hours are worked, and the invoice is drawn from the record. The workflow most services ask to see first.

Questions people ask before a demo

Is this a sales presentation?
It is a working session. There is no slide deck; we open the product and trace your request through it. If something you need is not Available yet, we say so on the call and repeat it in the written summary.
Do we need to prepare anything?
One real request and, if you have them, the rules that govern it: the rate card, the seniority or rotation clause, the credential requirements. If you do not have them handy, we will use a realistic example and swap in yours during discovery.
Can our association or a client attend?
Yes, and we encourage it. Fairness questions are easiest to settle when the association sees the offer order and the log for themselves, and clients are the fastest judges of whether the request experience beats a phone call.
Will you show pricing?
Private AI hardware tiers are published on the Private AI page, and we discuss software pricing openly once we understand your size, the products you want, and how you are structured. We do not hide it behind a second meeting.
What happens to the information we submit here?
It goes to {esc(SITE_EMAIL)} and is used to arrange the session, nothing else. Our privacy policy covers the details, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
