Privacy Rights & Requests
Learn what privacy requests may be available to you and how One Bridge Tec reviews them.
Rights that may apply
Privacy rights vary by location and circumstance. Subject to applicable law, you may be able to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent, deletion, information about our handling practices, or a review of a privacy concern.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy rights request.” Include your name, the email address used to contact us, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant website information.
Identity verification
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal information from unauthorized access. Do not send government identification or sensitive records unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.
Customer-controlled information
If your request concerns information managed by an agency or another One Bridge Tec customer, contact that organization first. It determines how its operational records are used, and we will support it as required by the applicable agreement and law.
Our response
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need clarification, may decline or limit a request where the law permits, and will explain our decision when required. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a good-faith privacy request.
Questions or concerns
If you are dissatisfied with our response, reply to the same email and ask for a review. You may also have the right to contact the privacy regulator that applies in your jurisdiction.
