Capabilities

What the module does today

Intake
Available

Requisitions and structured applications

Define the role, the required documents, and the supplemental questions once. Every application arrives complete.

Pipeline
Available

Stage-based candidate pipelines

New, screening, interview, background, offer, hired, withdrawn — with the reason recorded at each move.

Screening
Available

Structured and assisted screening

Score against the criteria the agency sets. Assisted résumé fit is configurable per agency and never the final word.

Available

Templates tied to each stage

Candidates receive timely, consistent updates instead of silence.

Collaboration
Available

Panels and background units on one record

Interview scores, notes, and checks stay attached to the candidate, with access by role.

Analytics
Available

Pipeline and source reporting

Time-to-hire, drop-off by stage, and which sources produce members who complete training.

Connected to One Bridge 10-8

Credentials confirmed during hiring are written to the employee record, not a recruiter's folder. When the new member appears in 10-8, the staffing system already knows what work they are qualified to take.

Common questions

Applicant tracking questions

Does assisted screening make hiring decisions?
No. Screening assistance ranks against criteria the agency configures and is always reviewed by a person. Agencies can disable it entirely.
Can civilian and sworn roles use different processes?
Yes. Workflows, documents, and screening criteria are defined per role type, unit, or requisition.
Can we import our existing applicant history?
Yes. Implementation includes structured imports of open and historical applications where the source data allows it.
